EASYMOVE TOTE RENTALS — TERMS OF SERVICE - Last Updated: June 20261.

Use & Care
Our totes are durable and reusable — please treat them with care. To avoid additional charges:
* Do NOT write on totes with permanent markers
* Do NOT apply stickers, labels, tape, or anything that leaves adhesive residue (free EasyMove labels and zip ties are provided — please use only those)
* Do NOT use totes for hazardous, toxic, or flammable materials
* Do NOT overload totes beyond their designed capacity — 70 lbs. maximum per tote, stacked no more than 5 high
* Return all totes clean and in the same condition as received.

Loss or Damage
Customer is responsible for all rented equipment from the time of delivery until pickup is completed.
* Lost or damaged totes will be charged at $25.00 per tote
* Charges apply for cracks, permanent markings, adhesive residue, or any damage preventing reuse
* Customer will be notified of any damage charges within 48 hours of pickup.
Delivery & Pickup
* Totes are delivered to the address provided during your selected delivery window: 9am–12pm, 12pm–3pm, or 3pm–6pm
* Please ensure all totes are empty, accessible, and ready at your scheduled pickup time and location
* Failure to have totes ready at pickup may result in a return trip fee
* Rentals extended beyond the booked period may incur additional daily charges.
Liability
Customer agrees that Easy Move Tote Rentals, its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss related to the use of rental equipment — including personal injury, property damage, loss of contents, or delays outside our control. Customer assumes full responsibility for the safe use of all rented equipment.
Payment & Authorization
* Customer authorizes Easy Move Tote Rentals to charge applicable fees — including base rental, damages, lost equipment, or extended rental charges — to the payment method on file
* All additional fees will be communicated within 48 hours of assessment
* Local sales tax of 9.5% applies to all rentals.
Cancellations & Changes
* Cancellations made 48 hours or more before scheduled delivery: full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee
* Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Agreement
By completing checkout and checking the Terms & Conditions box, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms. This agreement is legally binding. Your IP address and timestamp are recorded at the time of booking as evidence of acceptance. An abbreviated version of these terms will be presented for your signature upon tote delivery.Questions?
